WHO CAN USE THE CLUB
The Club is for people 14 or older; children under 14 may not use it. The app asks "How old are you?" on first launch (Under 14, 14-17 or 18+), and our server refuses chat, reports and posts from a device that answered Under 14. Under 18: ask a parent or guardian before using the AI chat.

REPORT, BLOCK, APPEAL
- Use ⚑ REPORT on any AI reply or Pit post; use ⛔ BLOCK to hide an author. For anything else, email us with a screenshot.
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours (we aim for 12). Email us with your device id (Soundcheck → APP) to hear the outcome of your report; we answer within 48 hours.
- Appeals: email us; we answer within 7 days. Full details are in the House Rules.
- If something involves immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REFUNDS (ROADIE PRO)
Website and Windows app (Microsoft Store): Roadie Pro is sold by Gumroad (merchant of record). Cancel any time from the "Manage membership" link in your Gumroad receipt. DELETE MY DATA
Soundcheck → DELETE ALL MY DATA clears everything on your device and asks our server to delete your age answer, daily counters and push subscription and to unlink the reports you sent. You can also email us your device id (Soundcheck → APP) and we delete it by hand. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
